Reno -ESAs in SFRs (and Apartments) – Emotional Support Animals

This course delves deeply into the ins and outs of the property manager’s role in addressing tenant requests for “Emotional Support Animals” (ESAs) in residential rental units.

The course is approved for 3 HOURS CE credit in Property Management (or General) CE.5864000-RE.

  • How ADA and the Federal Fair Housing Act address these animals
